dedicated Counsellor area, which was initial provided by you, is
confidential and kept only by the CTC and the partners as part of the
Canada Counsellor Programme. Information obtained through the
completion of request forms on the balance of the website will also be
confidential and kept only by the CTC.

The CTC may occasionally use "cookies" to track how our
visitors use this site or to determine sites previously visited. A

The CTC has no obligation to monitor the bulletin board services,
chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or other message or
communication facilities. However, the CTC reserves the right at all
times to disclose any information deemed by the CTC necessary to
satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental
request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or
materials, in whole or in part.
You acknowledge that communication to or with bulletin board
services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or other
message or communication facilities are not private communications,
therefore others may read your communications without your knowledge.

about yourself. The CTC does not control or endorse the content,

are authorized CTC spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily
