| What is the Canada Specialist Programme?
The Canada Specialist Programme has been designed for those
agencies in the UK and Ireland who are interested in learning more
about Canada as a holiday destination.
How does the programme work?
The programme is based on a distance learning manual which is completed
online. The manual is a comprehensive
travel guide to Canada, divided into three modules.
Module 1 - features all the basic 'need to know' information
Module 2 - highlights Canada's four stunning seasons and the
attractions of each
Module 3 - helps agents to plan a trip, focussing
on getting to Canada, different means of travelling around once you
are there, and the variety of accommodation.
At the end of each module is a quiz to be completed by each staff
member applying to qualify as a Canada Specialist. Once all three
quizzes have been successfully completed, the agent qualifies as a
Canada Counsellor and can download a personalised, qualification
certificate.
